PRINCIPLES OF OUR GRAIN DRYER
The grain enters the grain dryer from the top through the elevator and the input scraper conveyor, and automatically falls into the grain storage layer by gravity for short-term storage. The bottom of the grain storage layer is directly connected with the grain scattering layer. When the grain dryer is working, the grain scattering plate of the grain scattering layer will evenly scatter the grain into the drying layer. At the same time, the burner furnace generates heat by burning fuel (rice husk, straw, firewood, biomass particles, coal, gas, etc.), and passes through the heat ex-changer to heat and dry the fresh and clean air from the air inlet of the grain dryer. The dry air enters the drying layer of the grain dryer, contacts the grain evenly and effectively, takes away the moisture in the grain, and then exits the dryer through the powerful fan. The grains in the drying layer continue to fall, and then lifted by the elevator and enter the grain dryer continuously. Until the internal moisture detector detects that the moisture content of the grain reaches the preset value, the grain dryer will automatically stop working to complete the drying of a batch of grain.and then transport the grain to the dry barn for storage through the outlet conveyor.
